Started wire framing the different pages to do paper prototyping because I figured it'll be easier to adjust the user journeys digitally than by drawing each one and to take them into the next stages of the process. Got stuck trying to understand what pages were needed and how to get to them and the wire framing takes a while so maybe hand-drawn would be quicker. Unpacked the user personae to better understand what objectives the users were after, then looked at how the current user journey would get them there (if they did).
